The resort team at Las Calas is dedicated to making your self-catering holiday in Lanzarote the very best it can be. Whether you are an owner, an exchange or a rental guest, the team works hard every day to ensure you enjoy a great holiday in a well-equipped and clean apartment, with superb leisure facilities, wonderful entertainment throughout the day – and night – and the highest levels of customer service. RACHEL
RESORT MANAGER
Most visitors to our resort will have spotted resort manager Rachel Littleworth in her office – she is always available to guests to assist them with any questions they may have about the resort or the island.
She has overall responsibility for running Las Calas on a daily basis and works closely with the owners’ committee, the resort team and the management team in the UK.
KARL
Food & Beverage Manager
Although every apartment at Las Calas has been equipped for self-catering we offer two great food and beverage facilities. 361 serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and a full evening menu for your enjoyment. Skyline is our drinking and entertainment bar, offering a variety of singers, quizzes and music bingo, great fun come and join us.

MARIO
RECEPTION MANAGER
Many of our owners and repeat guests know Mario Martinez who is responsible for the reception team and steps in when Rachel is not on-site.
It is the responsibility of Mario and his team that you have a lovely welcome, answer any queries that you have about your apartment, handle any of your excursion inquiries, help you to book local restaurants and taxis and provide any other support you need to make your holiday really special.
PACO
HEAD OF MAINTENANCE
Paco is a true hero. As head of maintenance Paco and his team make sure the resort is always clean and tidy, the four swimming pools are ready for use each day, and the gardens and external areas are in tip-top condition.
CARMEN
HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING
Carmen is in charge of the maids and cleaners and has worked at Las Calas for 25 years.
Although she is not often seen, she is busy making sure all the linens and towels are there for guests, that the apartments are cleaned to the very highest standards throughout your stay and that they are ready for your arrival.
MANDY
LEISURE CENTRE MANAGER
Mandy is in charge of the leisure centre, Charlie Bear’s Kid’s Club, and the resort’s mini shop.
Mandy and her team are available every day to help you and your little ones enjoy the very best from your holiday at Las Calas – whether it’s working out in the gym in the leisure club, playing in the kid’s club or having fun with the animation team around the pool.
TRACEY
SALES AT THE HUB
The Hub is the place to go if you have any questions about ownership at Las Calas. Tracey is on-hand to help you with any queries regarding our traditional weekly ownership programme for fixed and floating weeks.
She can also tell you about our three or five-year membership plan which includes three or five weeks of holidays over three or five years for a one-time fee and includes annual maintenance fees and administration costs. Remember to ask Tracey about the benefits of different types of membership.
TRACY
CUSTOMER LIAISON AT THE HUB
Tracy heads up customer liaison and is on hand to assist our owners with anything they might need during their stay. This includes helping guests if they are unwell to offering translation services.
She is also extremely knowledgeable about the island and will help you find your way around, advise you of good places to visit and assist you with finding the right tours for your needs.
