Buying and selling at Club Las Calas

If you are looking to add to your ownership at Club Las Calas, there are now a number of sales opportunities available to you. These include buying fixed or floating weeks directly from the club at greatly reduced prices, buying from other owners and also the new five-year membership programme.

Tracey (in The Hub on site) or the Resort Solutions team in the UK are able to assist you in the resale of your apartment. We have also provided further information if you would like to use the services of a third-party resale company.

There are now a number of sales opportunities for owners to add to their ownership interests at Club Las Calas.

If you are on-site at the resort, pop into The Hub and meet with the Tracey who will explain what is available. She can be contacted by email or through the enquiry form.

Alternatively, you can contact Alison McDonald at Resort Solutions who will be able to assist you.

Owners are also able to permanently part-exchange their weeks at Club Las Calas if the time of year or size of the apartment is no longer suitable. Again, please contact Alison for further information or talk to Tracey in The Hub when you are on-site.

Please remember that you will be required to pay the maintenance fees of all new weeks purchased.

Club-owned weeks

Owners at Club Las Calas are now able to purchase club-owned weeks for just £295 per week in a one-bedroom apartment in the low season. This is a great opportunity to grab a real bargain. There is no limit on how many club-owned weeks that you can purchase. Mid season weeks are available from £650 and high season from £1,150.

Member-owned weeks

Owners at Club Las Calas are able to purchase weeks that are currently registered for resale by fellow owners through Resort Solutions. These are priced by the owners so the costs will differ depending on what refund each owner would like to receive. All prices include the admin charge.

Five-year membership

Owners can purchase a five-year membership at Club Las Calas for a one-off fee and enjoy all the benefits of owning a week at the resort in the week and apartment of their choice, without paying any additional management fees. Fixed or floating weeks

Both fixed and floating weeks are available to purchase throughout the year. Fixed weeks allow you to know which week and apartment you are going to each year.

Floating weeks allow you to move your time around to suit your changing needs. You can book up to two years in advance and will have your week and chosen apartment allocated to you, subject to availability. Once you have selected your week and received confirmation of allocation, this will count as a fixed booking for the year in question.

If you need to change your allocation you can do so by giving not less than six weeks’ notice prior to the start date of your allocated week. There is a small administration charge payable.

There are also four floating apartments available for a Saturday changeover. If one of these is available on the week a floating owner chooses to travel, they can choose to use one of these apartments and arrange flights on a Saturday instead of a Thursday at no extra cost.

Fixed week owners can also request a Saturday changeover apartment, but would need to pay an internal exchange fee for that year and would have to stay in the allocated apartment rather than their usual one.

Selling your week at Club Las Calas

Resort Solutions operates a resale programme on behalf of the club and owners. If you wish to promote your weeks for sale, simply download and complete the resale authorisation form below and return to Resort Solutions by email at admin@resort-solutions.co.uk or by mail to their offices at St Mary’s House.

All weeks that are sold through Resort Solutions will incur a minimum administration fee of £295 per week to cover the administrative work undertaken by the management company.

When completing the authorisation form, please be aware that the refund amount that you include on the form is net of the minimum £295 administration charge.

For example, any owner wishing to receive no refund from the sale of their apartment week, the advertised sales price will be £295.

Alternatively, you can use the services for a third party resale company to see your week. A list of approved resales companies, registered with the RDO (Resort Development Organisation) is below.
