There are lots of frequently asked questions about the resort. So, we thought we’d build this page to help answer some of them for you. We’ll keep adding to the questions as we get them.

Is the resort family friendly?

The resort is ideal for families. Younger guests can enjoy Charlie Bear’s Kids Club which runs throughout the year with even more activities over the school holidays.

Las Calas has something to offer for all age groups.

Is the resort wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have lifts and ramps across the resort, so every area is accessible by guests. We also have 2 apartments adapted for our disabled guests. The resort is located on a hill above Puerto del Carmen so we advise using the local taxi service if you want to visit the town.

How do I book my rental holiday at Las Calas?

There are two main ways to book your rental accommodation at Las Calas. Are there supermarkets in the local area?

Yes, there are a number of supermarkets in the local area as well as our own on-site mini-shop for essentials like bread, milk, water and snacks. The reception team can help you with directions.

Do you have housekeeping services?

Yes, your apartment will be cleaned mid-way through your holiday (based on a 7 night stay).

Can I only stay Thursday to Thursday?

The majority of our availability runs from Thursday to Thursday. However, we do have some limited availability for a Saturday changeover. Please ask for details at the time of booking.

Are there any other costs?

There are some additional charges for rental guests at Las Calas which we would like to make you aware of before you arrive:

  • Refundable apartment deposit – €150 (payable by credit or debit card)
  • Utility fee – €35 per week
  • Suitcase storage (day of departure) – €0.50 per suitcase
  • Pool towel hire-€2.00 per towel
  • Kids Club- from €3.00 per day per child/ €13.00 per week per child (depending on time of year)
  • Gym- €3.50 per day per person/ €16.00 per week per person.
  • Laundry facilities- €4 per wash/ per dry

Is there parking onsite?

We have parking all around the resort with lots of entrance gates. When you arrive, you can park outside reception to complete the check-in procedure. We can then explain the best place to park in relation to the apartment. You don’t need a permit.
