Las Calas News > First phase of the apartment refresh is a hit!
The first phase of the apartment refurbishment was completed on schedule and ready to welcome owners and guests on 7th March 2024.
In total 14 apartments were refurbished in this phase (apartments 323 to 329 and 354 to 360). The next phase due to start at the end of March will see the 10 Duplex apartments in Calas 2 refurbished.
The plan for 2024 is for all apartments in Calas 3 to be refurbished by the end of the year.
The schedules for 2025 and beyond are being worked on and will be influenced by logistics and Club funds.
